Overview

This Masters is a theoretical and practical course for developing and conducting physical training programmes for amateur and professional football teams. Taking an evidence-based approach to sports activities, the Masters is taught by highly qualified international speakers with specific, proven experience in the football sector. Teachers who have practical experience with professional and amateur football teams will explain various training approaches and strategies, problems in each category and possible solutions by industry experts. Participants are offered a wide range of practice exercises that will enable them to plan and conduct athletic preparation programmes in the various phases of the competitive season. They will study reconditioning programmes for injured athletes and how to use the most common assessment tests correctly to check a programme’s effectiveness. In addition, participants will learn how to suitably analyse assessment test results and data collected for monitoring training load.
