Lidia Del Piccolo graduated in Psychology at the University of Padua in 1992. After a grant on learning disabilities at the “Eugenio Medea” Scientific Institute of Lecco, she had a Ph.D on “Doctor-patient interaction in general practice”. In 2000 she became lecturer at the Department of Medicine and Public Health of the University of Verona and in 2011 she was nominated associate Professor in Clinical Psychology. In 2008 she won the “Each: Jozien Bensing Research Award”.
Since 2001 Lidia works also as Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Psychotherapist at the Verona Policlinic Hospital and since 2014 she is Chief of the Unit of Clinical Psychology.
Dr Lidia Del Piccolo published so far 60 full papers and four chapters, two of which by invitation in international books. 43 full papers were published in international peer-reviewed journals.
