Leader of the research unit "Psychiatric Case Register,, Mental Health Economics, and Health Geography" of the Section of Psychiatry, Department of Neurosciences, Biomedicine and Movement, University of Verona. The main interest id meantal health epidemiology. Currently, the main reserach areas are: the economic evaluation of mental health care, the study of social determinats of psychiatric disorders and the consequent use of mental health services (in particular, socio-economic status and urbanisation), analyses of mental health care quality, the mortality among psychiatric patients. Moreover, Disequalities in access to social and health services in general and, in particular, for LGBTI people.
